Customize KPI's and allow tracking by custom fields
Allow for customizing KPI's on dashboard and allow tracking for custom fields
So we can track properties under contract and closed as well as offer amounts and contract amounts etc. I would also like to track New leads to warm leads and warm leads to hot leads as well as hot leads to contracts signed etc. I am trying to get percentages and actual numbers to be able to see how many of each I need to get one to the next level

It would be ideal to see more segmented data about the sms leads. Including: how many were wrong numbers, how many warm leads vs hot leads. It would also be much better to be able to create ALL of my own tags and tag behaviors. The system is very limited in it's current state. It also feels like batch doesn't want to show how many of the numbers are wrong... -
