The only option is to add the properties to a list, but then it requires searching amongst many properties for the ones that were added. A tag feature before driving would be very convenient and skip the step of searching and click and adding to a tag later.

I've noticed that when I'm on my desktop D4D on Batch Leads that I can only add one tag when adding a new property. The mobile app allows me to add as many tags as I want before saving the property, but the desktop version does not. Therefore, I've had to write down the other tags on paper and transfer to the new saved property after only after I've added it. This takes a long time.
