Please Export In .csv Format Versus .xls
.csv format is a lot more universal. We automated the skiptraced records to update our CRM, but we have to add a step to convert .xls to .csv. If someone is using Gsheets instead of Excel, they have to do the same. Virtually every CRM and every spreadsheet program recognizes .csv, and it's more Zapier friendly. My recommendation/suggestion/request is to please change the BL export files to .csv. Thank You.

I just spent money to use Batch leads and now will have to cancel because it is not user friendly with google docs. If you dont have excel do not get this program! I would really like it to be more universal friendly. -
