in the comparable tab to get estimated value it would help get a better accuracy by being able to filter out the amount of interior levels. singles with singles and 2 with 2.

Have an option to filter the exterior (i.e. brick, wood etc) and number of levels (i.e. 1 story, 1.5 or 2 story) of properties. That would make getting accurate comps a lot easier. -
