  Custom inputs for Skiptraced Numbers, for example, if they didn't pick up, I want to be able to note that on that number, if the numbers are no longer working, i want to note that on said number, We need more options than just, Wrong Number & Verified

  I text with sellers and find out the name is wrong. I can make a note in the notes section but I prefer to be able to edit a contact's info. For example, I think I'm texting with John Doe at (123) 456-7890 but it turns out I'm texting seller Mary Smith at (123) 456-7890. I have no idea who John Doe is or what his phone number is and I don't actually care about someone named John Doe.

  To me this is a no brainer. How are we not able to add multiple contacts (contact name, mailing address, and phone numbers) linked to a property?

  When I pull my skiptraced list to be mailed, I have to copy and paste the "input mailing address" into the preferred address column if the preferred address is blank. This causes us to spend more time copy and pasting so I can smoothly indicate that the "Preferred Mailing Address" column is the column i want to mail to

  I find there are special interests in particular structural types.
  My suggestion would be to add 'building structure' in property characteristics to include brick, stone, frame, etc structural types.

  when self-managing a record, allow for changing the owner's name. Tech support said this is not currently allowed.

  Missing spouse info and other owners is a major flaw in the system. A great option would be for us to be able to determine if we just want the main contact or to have all owners pulled. At the end of the day it would actually provide more revenues for their service. I would potentially have to find another company to obtain this missing data and then come back to Batchleads to skip trace which frankly would just be an added expense and inconvenience. Hopefully this is done soon.

  Missing spouse info and other owners is a major drawback. A great option would be for us to be able to determine if we just want the main contact or to have all owners pulled. At the end of the day, it would benefit us to have more people to talk to from having this data and batchleads could have more people to skip trace with their service. I am presently using another company to obtain this missing data and then having to come back to Batchleads to skip trace. Hopefully this is done soon, and we can bypass the middleman and do it all with Batchleads.

  There are often listings where the beds, baths, square footage, year build data is inaccurate.
  While pulling a comp report, please add an edit option to be able to edit the subject property info so we can get more accurate ARV generated by the comp report.
