Have a reminder calendar for follow up that pops up the day the follow up needs to be made.

It would be nice that once you click follow up, you can also click the date and time you would like to follow up with that person and have a reminder when that day comes.

Assign Task To Another User

Be able to assign a task to a different user and maybe have it color coded in the calendar or something to show "who's task is who's". Something similar to Batch Dialer.
