View Recently Flipped Houses

Currently, if you want to see recently flipped houses in an area you have to be on the comparables view. This view is great however you can not utilize this feature on the map view.
Being able to have this feature on map view would enable batch users to see where flippers are buying and be able to do research on what houses are selling for in any given area. as well as streamline the process of building your buyers list.
Currently the only way this is possible is to use Privy. where you can see where investors are investing, and at what price. however paying $150 a month for privy when this could be easily added to batch is annoying.
