Filter Blank Last Sale Date

When filtering properties in My Lists view for Last Sale Date, users have to enter a specified date range. But many properties don't have Last Sale Date recorded in the system. This filter needs be able to select empty/blank Last Sale Date.

Rebecca BauerYES. Lots of upvotes for this! The properties that do not have a last sale date are the properties that have not been sold in a LONG time. Theses are great leads.

Jamesmaybe it's because I am on the trial but even properties listed just 5-10 years ago are not showing the last list price. The info is readily available in the Zillow price history and would be easy for a programmer to auto populate.
