Customized CRM Features

The addition of the following features would help BatchLeads replace CRMs entirely:

Add the ability to delete the default Lead Statuses so that we can use just custom Lead Statuses. Add the ability to delete the Direct Mail Templates so that we can use just our custom Direct Mail Templates. Add the ability to update/customize Ownership Information, Property Characteristics, and Land Information. Add the ability to update/customize the Activity Timeline. Add the ability to upload/attach documents to leads.
