Auto Archive Bad Numbers

Ability to auto/quickly archive bad numbers by users uploading an excel of the phone numbers and then they automatically get removed from the system. Also would be nice to do it automatically from BatchDialer as well. if a number is marked as a wrong or bad number you can set auto archive and they won't show up anymore.
