More Efficient Probate Skip Trace
When I attempt to skip trace probate leads, I was told to map the Personal Representative's First and Last Name and their mailing address in the property address fields. The issue is the resulting file does not contain the address of the decedent, the address I am interested in purchasing. I have to add those addresses manualy after skip tracing the decedents. There should be a way to add the decedent's property address to the file we a skip tracing without the system skip tracing the decedent's property address.
