Remove solar panel liens from "Other" lien category.

Currently, liens related to solar panels are shown alongside other lien types in the "Other" lien filter category. This is unfortunate as having a solar panel lien does NOT indicate distress to a property, and typically these liens are not even for the property itself but the installed solar panels!
These junk liens are clogging up what could otherwise be an effective lien filter category. I suggest removing solar panel liens entirely or creating their own filter category.
