Automated Follow Up Drip Campaigns Feature
The biggest reason I hear from friends leaving Batch for systems like LaunchControl is the lack of a strong, automated drip campaign feature for leads you have already spoke with who require nurturing. This is also useful when marketing to Realtors. Launchcontrol has a feature where, after initial contact - you can place the person into a drip campaign that will text them preprogramed messages on certain day increments (30,60,90 days from last text) : This helps especailly when working with Realtors where you can have it set up to check in with them each month to see if they have come across any pocket listings. And the automation helps to take texting them individually off your plate. This would be a game changing feautre if implemented like LaunchControl and would likely help retain a lot of clients who are leaving Batch due to the lack of this feauter.

cody hatch Mergednot exactly a suggestion but more of a problem that im having. where ideal any number that texts back in a certain campaign and you move said number with the number the system has first texted. plus me going the extra mile and going into the property info and using the drop down menu to select the number for " wrong number " to help the sytem verify it. After creating a follow up campaign from the campaign and selecting the lead status as "wrong number" and going to said new campaign for follow ups it is still showing the same number that is wrong!. please fix this asap!

Conrad MergedAs it stands, I need to create a different follow up for each campaign that I've created. It would be great to be able to loop multiple campaigns together the same way that I can loop multiple responses together. Especially for campaigns that were originally the same distress but in different zip codes

madiumwavedave MergedMy system is I need to know how many times I tried to text a prospect/number to know how to proceed in contacting them. when I create an initial campaign I tag A01 for attempt 01. BUT when I go to create a follow up campaign I don't have the option to tag for A02 (attempt 02) and so on. I need to be able to understand that I've reached out to a prospect x number of times via text so I know if i need to skip with another service, cold call, mail etc. Basically I need these tags to understand my data better.
It would be nice to sort in the properties section by campaign and status as well so I can potentially create follow up campaigns right out of there. That way I can potentially lump a few follow up campaigns together -

Miguel MergedHey! so I am looking to build a follow up campaign that simplifies outreach. What I am looking to do is follow up with hot leads every 15-21 days. I want all hot leads that currently exist as well as all future hot leads to auto populate into my campaign (a continually growing list). after the follow up I want the lads to be re added to the que to receive further follow up in 15-21 more days.
the current limitations are:
1. Adding hot leads to campaign only populates current hot leads (need future leads to auto populate)
2. Follow up is contingent on calendar dates (need follow up to be contingent on last contact [15-21 days; example])
3. Leads are not shuffled back into the que (after follow up the lead is to be recycled back into the list and remain dormant until desired time of no contact is reached [15-21 days; example]. after [15 days] the lead can receive further follow up via the designated campaign)
What can we do to make this happen? happy to provide additional feedba -

REI Reply is blowing you out of the water as far as a texting service, I love batch and i love the simplicity of the user interface, the app and everything but with the competition of REI Reply you can have a CRM and send messages to set amounts of people on a drip campaign, set it up in one day and just respond to text through the week. so much easier. and they're only $50 a month!!! This one feature of drip campaigns (and maybe a lower monthly cost) would make me a batch member for life.

Brady MergedFor certain prospect dispositions it would be really powerful to be able to long term drip campaigns so we could continue to build rapport with that prospect from the same phone number under the same conversation thread over the course of months and/or years. Customizable drips similar to LaunchControl. So powerful!
