"Create List" Option While Driving For Dollars In APP

Currently there is no option to create a "new list" from the app. You must first log in from a computer to set up a new list under "Settings" or add a property and create a list from "List search".
I think it would better serve our customer to see a "Create List" option available in App so people without a computer can still have a smooth experience.
