Notifications for New Properties added to filtered lists
A list of emailed new properties to our saved filtered lists would be nice. 'EX - Vacant properties in a city' Newly found vacant properties emailed per week or daily is a great perk!

Casey MergedAdding a list automator update option for all the data/addresses, such as List Automator on PropStream, would be very useful for clean data. Please add an option for this so users don't have to switch between Batch & PropStream for updated data records, or look for other alternatives. This would especially be great for those of us who have hundreds of thousands/millions of records.

Matthew Tindol Mergeda button or feature to update previously pulled lists. If there was 5000 vacant records last month and this month there is 6000, having a button or feature to update would save a lot of time.

(Very similar to propstream List Automator feature) -

nate olson MergedCreate a saved search where properties meet that criteria move in/out of the list. Would like to identify new properties that meet the criteria and also when properties on the list that meet the critieria now but eventually don't and they get removed.
