UNIQUE results by MAILING address

It would be awesome if you could filter out a list before importing it that would only pick out 1 property per owner. For example, if one seller owns 50 properties and 30 of them fit the criteria for your list, instead of importing all 30 I'd like it to just import 1 property to be skiptraced. Instead, I'm paying for all 30 properties to be skiptraced and get the same phone number as a result. THEN when you import this list into a dialer or to an SMS campaign it automatically filters all those down to UNIQUE phone numbers. So even though you have 30 results from this example above, if they're all owned by the same person, you're only getting one TRUE result. Its just aggravating because by the time you pull a list of 10,000 and pay to have them all skip traced, then import them into a cold calling or SMS campaign, it gets filtered by like 70% or sometimes as low as 50%. So your list of 10,000 turns out to only be 5,000-7,000 ACUTAL records that you can cold call or text.
