Editing Sqft.
Allow editing for SQFT of the property when it says N/A or if theres too high of risk with inaccurate info, allow theoretical sqft so that you can still just plug and play with the comps tool.

Nathan MergedIt is very common for the county recorded data for the sq footage to be inaccurate (e.g. basement not included). In this case I need to be able to specify what sq footage should be used as my basis for finding comparables before filtering for +- 20%.
My market is Utah and this is a common issue. It is very likely with most properties here that the sq footage is double what is listed in property details because the basement is or will be 100% finished for the sake of determining ARV. -
