CRM Workflows
Y'all have portions of a CRM created, but why not build out more robust CRM workflows...
Yes, it's more time on software development, however, the UI (user interface) is very fluid and obviously built off of AWS (amazon cloud) for scale. I personally don't love Podio and other platforms, however, hubspot is not bad. The data can all stay in one place as well rather than jumping between systems. You could have buyers lists loaded and manage lead gen and buyers all from one platform.
I know it's about prioritizing software dev sprints, but this is something I would strongly suggest. Who knows it could turn into a separate product altogether that's a SaaS revenue generator, but of course you would grandfather your current customers. Storyboard it up!
It's just a thought.. :) I've been part of a few cloud software products creations.

Jake Burton MergedI would love to have a simple CRM feature built in to Batch. Talk about al All in One Program. I'd pay another $15 a month easy for something like that.

Alex MergedWhen setting up a follow up campaign it would be great if we could create work flows that send out automated texts over time that we don't have to manually send to "not ready to sell now" sellers how give us permission to follow up.

Lisa Carsonpodio is becoming more particular at adding data. It was great at first but after adding just a little data it gives a warning that the limit is reached and you must update. working with a group if batchleads were to allow my VA to add potential leads that my team members could follow up on and record their findings, this CRM addition would be so helpful in keeping lead generation, and working with a team in one place.
